I originally had this shop redo the clear coat on the carbon fiber roof of my car back in November 2021. Recently, the clear coat needed to be redone again, so I stopped by to get a quote. Before going back, I found my original receipt, which states that the shop provides the vehicle owner with a lifetime repair warranty. When I arrived, one of the employees was very polite and walked me to Gus’ office. Unfortunately, my experience with Gus was disappointing. While I was explaining why I was there, he cut me off to take a phone call and left me waiting about 10 minutes without even acknowledging it or apologizing. After looking at the car, he quoted me $800 to redo the same job they had already done for me a little over four years ago. When I showed him the warranty language on the original receipt, he said their newer receipts now only offer a 5-year warranty and that even dealerships do not honor lifetime warranties. I pointed out that even under a 5-year warranty, the repair would still be within that period since the original work was done in November 2021. At that point, he laughed and started backpedaling, saying it was “too close” to the 5-year mark and that if he honored

I've used R&G for several cars and referred friends who all sing the same praises. These people do it the right way (i.e. fully prep by removing every component prior to tape and paper) which is why there are no high spots and visible borders aka paint lines where many body shops tape around door handles, lights, trim and molding pieces rather than completely disassemble. Here's a pic. of my gf's Mazda being prep'd for paint.

All the 5 star reviews that led me here in addition to the lowest price of about 10 body shops I visited made this a GREAT choice! Add to this Gustavo, one of the owners kind, honest, professional vibe and the quality of the work performed quickly made this an excellent value and a very positive experience! The car I brought in was in a minor accident and had to have the front bumper repaired and reattached. Repair made it look like nothing ever happened! I can save you the legwork. Highly recommend!

Very responsible shop. Gustavo the owner is an amazing person to deal with. He is very professional and the work they do here is top notch. They have super reasonable rates and they aren't out to drain your wallet. Now a days finding a place like this that still operates with high ethics is extremely rare.

They don't "prioritize" El Car Wash customers for they're not a bakery. Bread comes out faster than your car there. No communication for the wife answers calls rudely and hangs up on you if you're a woman. Harassment to the core with messages. I have receipts. Very unhinged and vulgar. Send her home! Should hire a proper receptionist. What a Freak Show. I swear......Never in my lifetime! She should be Baker Acted.
